As a recent addition to the board of Trustees at Heart of the City (HoTC), I was delighted to be invited to lead a webinar for our members on the application of scenario planning for SMEs.
This session was the last in the series of HoTC's "Survive and Thrive" webinars, aimed at providing practical advice to SME members on riding out the current COVID-19 crisis.
